Cuvée Valmya Hors d’Âge embodies the rich heritage of Château Valmy. Born of 125 years of history, this emblematic cuvée pays tribute to Victor Peix, visionary and great-grandfather of Clara and Anaïs Carbonnell, now at the helm of the estate.
Aged with patience and care for over 10 years in oak barrels, this Rivesaltes Grenat reveals an aromatic palette of rare intensity. The nose, subtly toasted, evokes candied fruit and sweet spices. On the palate, it’s an explosion of fruit paste, candied citrus, gingerbread, toasted coffee and mocha.
A powerful, velvety, complex wine with a long, enveloping finish: a true masterpiece of balance and emotion.
