The only plot planted with Grenache. The berry load is regulated by green harvesting operations.

The harvest begins between September 20 and 25 when the sugar content of the berries reaches 15% Vol.

Winemaking and aging

Careful sorting by hand, 8-day maceration, Mutage sur marc.

3 weeks maceration, Aging in vats until the summer following the harvest and bottling in May.
