Vine:
- Manual harvest from our vines when the grapes are ripe
- Berries separated from the stalk
- Selective sorting upon receipt of the grapes
- Partial aging of Mourvèdre in barrels for 6 months
Tasting:
- Very pale, shiny color with some cherry reflections,
- Notes of white flower and strawberry.
- In the mouth, a seductive minerality and a nice freshness emerge
- clear. Its aromatic complexity gives this wine a charming fruity and light note on the finish.
