This is the best hotel I ever stayed at. I wish I could spend the rest of my holiday here. I love the ping pong table and the swimming pool and the rooms. The owner was so nice and helpful when we couldn't get a room. Good breakfast and good bed. I like the view, bye.

I think Chateau Valmy is my favorate hotel ever. I love the bedrooms, I love the pool, I love the outside sofa, I love the breakfast and the view from the balcony. Thank you for putting such an effort into Chateau Valmy. It's a shame I'm only here for 3 nights.

Bleu électrique, violet magique, vert rhubarbe, orange mécanique - il fallait oser!
Et puis des lampes "fantômes" qui frissonnent
A vous de jouer maintenant la partition du grand frisson
puisque vos hôtes ont composé le décor à l'unisson...

...Al llegar al portón ni siquiera ves el chateau porque hay un enorme bosque de pinos, la verdad es que el sitio es encantador,te abre la propietaria...una autentica belleza de persona, siempre pendiente de que todo esté bien, facilitando la estancia y las visitas fuera, hasta nos hizo la reserva en un restaurante increible en Colliure...

...My wife and I stayed at Chateau Valmy in September 2008 and we both agree that this chateau is one of the best holiday experiences we have had....
... what really makes this chateau a truely great experience is the hospitality shown by the owners, Martine was such a gracious host and booked us a great restaurant and told us about lots of other things to do in the area.She also took us on a private tour of the family section of this magnificant building. She really looked after us during our tasting at the vineyard.
