Vinification and aging
Aged in oak barrels for more than 10 years in Solera.
Solera: method of ageing which consists in a stacking of barrels on several heights.
The wine at the end of the ageing intended to be conditioned, is tapped and the quantity of wine removed is replaced by the wine from the barrels above
